1. DATA PROTECTION
AECIMA complies with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, as well as with the provisions of the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the regulations implementing the Organic Law on Data Protection, guarantees the proper use and treatment of the personal data of the User. To this end, together with every information gathering form issued as a result of the services requested by the User, AECIMA will let know the User about the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions regarding the processing of his/her data, specifying the responsibility of the file created, the address of its responsible person, the possibility of exercising his/her right of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation, the purpose of the data processing and its transfer to third parties, when applicable. Moreover, AECIMA informs about its compliance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and E-Commerce, and will request your consent for the processing of your email with commercial ends.
2. PRIVACY POLICY
1. AECIMA, as owner of this webpage www.aecima.com and responsible for the automatically generated files, guarantees the full compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, as well as with the provisions of the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the regulations implementing the Organic Law on Data Protection (hereafter, LOPD and RLOPD).
2. This statement pretends to inform the Users about the personal data protection policy followed by AECIMA. It will be applicable in case the Users decide to complete any of the AECIMA forms where personal data are gathered, notwithstanding the content of the Privacy Clause applicable to each form.
3. AECIMA may modify the Privacy Policy depending on the legal or regulatory requirements, thus Users are advised to consult it regularly.
4. AECIMA is fully aware of the appropriate use and processing of personal data that may be required or obtained from the Users in its webpage with the aim of managing the services offered or submitting commercial communications regarding products or services that may be of their interest, always with the previous request or consent of the User.

AECIMA will hereby adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of data of personal nature and avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking in to consideration the state of technology in accordance with the RLOPD provisions. However, AECIMA cannot guarantee the absolute infallibility of the Internet and therefore any violation of data through fraudulent means by third parties.
6. Some of the services that AECIMA offers its Users work with cookies. Users may exercise the right of access, cancelation, rectification and opposition, through written advice to the addresses indicated in each case or to the address specified in the first point of this section identifying themselves and specifying their request. When necessary, the Users will submit a copy of their national identification document.

AECIMA, by virtue of the Law 34/2002, July 11, on Information Society Services and E-Commerce, that under no circumstance will AECIMA send publicity and communications with commercial purposes or any other nature to users without their previous request and consent. Likewise, AECIMA will not send unsolicited messages that have not been requested or previously consented, nor will send it unsolicited electronic chain mail.
10. In order to comply with the Law 34/2002, July 11, on Information Society Services and E-Commerce, the User accepts that AECIMA submits commercial communications via email, regarding products or services offered by AECIMA or a third party.
11. AECIMA hereby informs users that in case they subscribe to commercial mailing lists or alerts, they may unsubscribe from these communications by following the instructions indicated or by writing to contacto@kaecima.com.
12. As regards personal data of Users under 14 years of age, AECIMA will never use said data for inappropriate purposes. AECIMA will grant the parents or legal guardians the possibility of exercising the right of access, cancelation, rectification and opposition in relation to the information about their son or legal ward, and will encourage the minors to ask them before they provide any piece of information.
3. EXCLUSION OF GUATANTEES AND LIABILITY
AECIMA will not be liable, in any case, for any loss or damage, regardless of its nature, caused by: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the website or the transmission of viruses or malicious or injurious software, in spite of having adopted all the technological measures necessary to avoid them.
4. MODIFICATIONS
AECIMA reserves the right to review, delete or add, without prior notification, any information regarding the content and services offered through its webpage, as well the way in which said information is displayed.
5. USE OF COOKIES
AECIMA may use cookies in order to allow the User to customize and make browsing through the Website easier.

AECIMA reserves the right to carry out any penal or civil actions in the case of non-permitted use of its webpage or the non-fulfilment of these conditions.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between AECIMA and the User will be governed by the Spanish regulations in force, and any disputes will be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of San Sebastián-Donostia.
