The organisation of the 5th AECIMA Meeting offers the following collaboration possibilities to interested companies. Once an agreement has been reached, the corresponding collaboration contract will be completed and sent to the AECIMA Technical Secretariat info@aecima.com, (attaching a cheque or copy of the bank transfer which will be at least 50% of the total cost. The remaining amount will be paid at least 30 days before the beginning of the Meeting).
OPTION 1. STAND
The product exhibitions aims at offering all attendees to the Meeting the latest developments in the industry. The stands will be placed next to the rooms where the lectures take place, so the Meeting participants can visit the stands during coffee breaks and other breaks.
Exhibition dates: 13 and 14 May 2016
Place: To be defined with the Technical Secretariat
Price:
- 3x2m space in the Technical Secretariat area: €6,000 + 21% VAT
- 3x2m space in the commercial exhibition area. €5,000+21% VAT
- 3x2m space, pre-Meeting activity day: €3,000 + 21% VAT
Obligations:
The assembly and dismantling of the interior / content of the stands will be carried out in the times indicated by the Organisation and using the designated access points.
Assembly: 12 May from 9.00 h.
Dismantling: 14 May from the Meeting closure time.
OPTION 2. LECTURE
Interested traders have the option of presenting their products or new items in a lecture format, which would be included in the Meeting activity program. We offer the option of combining this format with the installation of the stand, applying a 15% discount to the total amount of both.
Stand exhibition dates: 13 and 14 May 2016.
Price:
- 4000€ + VAT.
Date and time of the talk: To be decided by the Meeting organisation.
OPTION 3. ADVERTISING OPTIONS IN THE AUDITORIUM
There is also the possibility of inserting advertising spaces in different physical spaces of the auditorium. A 15% discount will always be applied to all combined options.
Price:
- Space in the banner on the exterior façade of the auditorium: €3,000 + 21% VAT
- Space on the table skirting at the main table: €2,000 + VAT
Banner exhibition dates: 12, 13 and 14 May 2016.
Skirting exhibition dates: 12, 13 and 14 May 2016.
OPTION 4. VIP COLLABORATION
There is also the possibility of contracting the VIP package, which offers exclusivity in the auditorium spaces –banner and main table skirting– as well as a preferential location for the stand.

Exclusive space in outside banner + exclusive space in main table skirting + stand in the Technical Secretariat area + lecture: €15,000 + VAT

STANDARD SERVICES FOR ALL SPONSOR COMPANIES
- Insertion of sponsor anagram / collaborator / exhibitor both in the Meeting program and on the website.
- Directory of attendants.
- Access to the commercial exhibition will be free of charge.
Contracting:
Contracting will be made by filling in and signing the attached exhibition contract, which will be sent to the AECIMA Technical Secretariat –info@aecima.com-, attaching a cheque or copy of the corresponding bank transfer which will be at least 50% of the total cost. The remaining amount will be paid at least 30 days before the beginning of the Meeting.
Combined options:
A 15% discount will always be applied to the combined options, except in the case of the VIP collaboration, as this is an exclusive reservation of spaces.
Cancellations:
Should the Meeting not take place, the exhibiting companies agree not to take any action against the organisation, and the latter promises to return the amounts that each exhibitor has paid, less the estimated percentage as a handling fee.
